The City of Rocky Ford is requesting sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of sidewalks and installation of ADA-compliant curb ramps at two locations within the City. The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, supervision, permits, testing, transportation, cleanup, and all incidental items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract documents and applicable standards. The City reserves the right to award either one or both project locations and to reject any or all bids when deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Contractors are encouraged to review all bid requirements and project specifications before submitting a proposal.
