Public Service Announcement: Snow Storm Impact on Services in Rocky Ford, CO

Due to the recent severe snow storm, the Rocky Ford Public Works Department  had to suspend trash services to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and due to the hazardous road conditions. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

What You Need to Know:

• Trash Services: The Public Works Department will be working diligently next week to catch up on trash routes.
• Street Cleaning: Efforts will be made to clear the streets as quickly and safely as possible.
• Branch Pickup: Broken branches will be collected as part of the cleanup efforts.

Temporary Solution for Branches: Residents are encouraged to take  fallen branches to the Arkansas Valley Fairgrounds in the meantime.  There will be a designated area for drop off.
